I spent one year as an assistant principal at Davenport A Elementary School in Caldwell County, one year as an assistant principal at Bunker Hill High School, and two years as the principal at Sawmills Elementary in Caldwell County. I am excited to be joining the Oxford family as principal.

I have proudly served in education for over 23 years. My journey began in first grade at St. Stephens Elementary School. After a few years in the classroom, I earned a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, which opened the door for me to become an instructional coach supporting grades K–6. I spent five years in this role at St. Stephens before returning to the classroom to teach third and fourth grade for seven years at Startown Elementary.

Most recently, I served as the Academic Facilitator at Mountain View Elementary for three years, where I supported instruction, data analysis, and professional development. Now, I’m honored to return to my roots and join the Oxford family as the assistant principal.

I am truly honored to serve as the assistant principal at Oxford Elementary and look forward to supporting our students, staff, and families to ensure our school continues to grow and thrive.
